Laurie Mikus
Marketing Director
Laurie is Aidia’s Marketing Director who partners with marketing executives and business owners to develop and grow their professional brands.
She started her career in Hawaii working on the Hawaiian Airlines, Hawaii Convention Center and University of Hawaii System accounts. After leaving agency life, she transitioned to Cox Media Hawaii where she served as an Account Executive for six radio stations and four station websites. In her role, she helped her clients by developing integrated media campaigns and leveraging partnerships to increase sales.
Laurie later spent several years in the UK, where she briefly worked at a British advertising agency in Birmingham before pursuing a lifelong dream of studying pastry arts at Le Cordon Bleu London, earning her Diplôme de Pâtisserie. After returning to Hawai‘i, she rejoined the marketing industry as a Senior Account Manager at Matsumoto & Clapperton, guiding clients such as Arcadia Family of Companies, Ala Moana Hotel and YMCA of Honolulu with strategic planning and market research.
In 2018, Laurie joined Aidia, where she continues to partner with clients including the Arcadia Family of Companies to lead digital marketing initiatives.
Laurie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and a Master’s degree in Communications.
